Pasture is bringing four spots to Gary Neville's St Michael's in Manchester
Open-fire cooking, a hotel bar, a restored historic pub and an outdoor terrace are on the way.

Bristol-born Pasture Restaurant Group is heading to Manchester with four venues at the £400m St Michael's development off Deansgate, The Caterer and the Manchester Evening News report.
The four: Pasture Manchester will take the flagship ground floor of the 43-storey tower, with open-fire cooking and beef. W Lounge will be the hotel bar inside the 162-bed W Hotel Manchester. The Sir Ralph Abercromby, one of the city's oldest pubs, is being restored and will reopen under Pasture. Terrace will sit outdoors beside the pub with a Mediterranean-inspired all-day menu.
The group: chef-owner Sam Elliott founded Pasture in Bristol in 2018 and has sites in Cardiff and Birmingham. This is the first move into the North West. Opening dates are still to come.
Already nearby: St Michael's hospitality line-up already includes Circolo Popolare, Chotto Matte and Grind.
It is a big bet on one scheme: four different rooms for four different nights out, once the keys turn.
