Dave's Hot Chicken opens at the Trafford Centre on 23 October
The Nashville-style chain's second Manchester site lands with seven spice levels, late Friday hours and 200 free sliders for app sign-ups on opening day.

Dave's Hot Chicken will open at the Trafford Centre on Friday 23 October, the Manchester Evening News reports. It is the brand's second Manchester restaurant after The Printworks last summer.
The offer is Nashville-style hot chicken: fresh-to-order tenders and sliders across seven spice levels from Not Hot to Reaper. The Trafford Centre site is pitched as quick-service for grab-and-go lunches through to late bites.
Opening day and hours - Friday 23 October: 200 free sliders for customers who sign up to the Dave's Hot Chicken app, first come, first served - Monday–Thursday 11am–11pm; Friday 11am–1am; Saturday 10.30am–11pm; Sunday 10.30am–10pm - Address: Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8AA
Keyana Mohammadi, UK marketing director, said Manchester's bold personality fits the brand and that Trafford Centre had been a target for some time. The centre is now fully let, with Wasabi also due in The Orient on 18 October.
If you liked the Printworks heat scale, the Trafford Centre gives you another crack — and a free slider queue if you get there early on the 23rd.
