Claude Bosi is heading back to Michelin House as Brooklands closes in January
The chef will close his Peninsula London restaurant and open a new project at the Bibendum building.

Claude Bosi is returning to Michelin House, Restaurant Online reports. His restaurant Brooklands by Claude Bosi, on top of The Peninsula London, will close in January 2027 after three years.
The new project: a new venue at the Bibendum building. Bosi opened his own restaurant there in spring 2017. It held two Michelin stars from 2018 until it closed in August 2025. He also ran the Oyster Bar on the ground floor.
What stays: Bosi and his wife Lucy will keep developing their Josephine restaurants in Chelsea and Marylebone.
What he said: he is proud of Brooklands and thanked The Peninsula and his team. He and Lucy are looking forward to the next chapter, "building on Josephine and bringing Michelin House to life".
No opening date or details for the new venue have been shared yet. If Brooklands is on your list, you have until January.
