Jacket potatoes, matcha, sushi and a bagel speakeasy land on Princes Street
Four new arrivals are filling the little street off Regent Street, two open already and two on the way before Christmas.

Princes Street, just off Regent Street, is turning into a proper food stop, with four new names signed, Hospitality & Catering News reports.
Open now - SpudBros Express at number 4: the social media favourite's jacket potato flagship, piled high with toppings. - No.1 Princes Street: naturally fermented New York-style bagels with deli fillings by day, and a basement speakeasy with cocktails and late-night entertainment. It opened in October.
Coming soon - Kazu at number 6: a new site for the Fitzrovia Japanese restaurant, with sushi, sashimi and small plates, due before Christmas. - SMATCHA at number 3: its first standalone shop and third in London after Westfield London and Brent Cross, with ceremonial-grade Kyoto matcha and yuzu drinks, plus a traditional stone mill grinding matcha in front of you.
Already there: plant-focused Tendril, which has been on the street for five years, and Bar Remo, a long-standing family-run Italian.
Go if: you want a cheap, filling lunch near Oxford Circus, or a bagel by day and a cocktail downstairs after dark.
