A two-ingredient cocktail could win you a trip to Barcelona's Paradiso
The Spirit of Savoia online competition is open to working bartenders anywhere, and entries close on 21 November.
Fancy a competition you can enter from your own bar? The Spirit of Savoia contest, run through Difford's Guide, is open to professional bartenders worldwide, UK included.
The brief - Make a cocktail with at least 30ml of Savoia Rosso or Savoia Orancio (an Italian wine aperitivo) plus just one other ingredient. - The serve should show a sustainable approach: think using up trim, peels or something you already prep. - Enter online by adding your recipe and a photo of the drink to Difford's Guide.
The prize: a two-day experience in Barcelona with Gabriele Armani and the team at Paradiso, with flights and two nights in a four-star hotel.
Key dates: entries close 21 November. The winner is announced on 4 December, picked by Savoia founder Giuseppe Gallo and Armani.
