Tossed relaunches its format at London Wall ahead of its first airport site
The salad bar group has rebuilt its menu around nutrition, with calories and macros on every dish, and will open its 12th site at Gatwick.

Tossed, the salad and healthy food group founded more than 20 years ago, has unveiled a new menu and store format at its London Wall site, Restaurant Online reports. The site is the blueprint for the estate.
What has changed - A relaunch around nutrition and personalisation, with calories and macros shown on every dish - A refreshed design with a mural by artist James Daw - New dishes, plus a £9.99 hot meal deal
Tossed runs 11 restaurants, mostly in London. Its site at Gatwick North opens this autumn as its 12th and its first in a travel hub. Managing director Neil Sebba said London Wall "shows what Tossed will look like from here".
What it means for operators: the format refresh comes before the growth, not after it, and the first new site is travel retail rather than another City lunch pitch. Putting macros on every dish also commits the supply chain and the kitchen to tighter portion and spec control across every site.
