Ramsay Clears £100m - and the City tower is doing the heavy lifting
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants' UK arm broke nine figures in 2025, powered by its five-in-one site at 22 Bishopsgate.

Big Gord has a big number. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants' UK business turned over £100.7m in 2025, up 3% from £97.8m, according to Big Hospitality.
The standout was 22 Bishopsgate in the City, which opened in 2025 and packs several concepts into one tower, including Lucky Cat and the high-altitude fine dining spot Restaurant Gordon Ramsay HIGH. EBITDA rose 4% to £8.5m. Not everything is rosy, though, as the UK business still posted an operating loss of £5.8m. The group insists it's still generating cash.
Zoom out and the global business, now merged with its North American arm and backed by Lion Capital, took £151.8m in revenue, with EBITDA up 12% to £14.4m. Openings last year included Gordon Ramsay Steak in Vancouver and Hell's Kitchen in Ibiza, plus more across the Middle East and Asia, and there's a clear push for the US. CEO Andy Wenlock credited the whole team and singled out Bishopsgate as the star.
So what for hospo people? Multi-concept venues are where the money is right now. One building, several kitchens, lots of ways to climb. If you fancy a stint in a big branded operation with international doors, the Ramsay machine is still growing. Just maybe don't burn the risotto.
