The brothers behind Dalston's Three Sheets are opening a second bar a short walk from the first. Berryman's, a martini, wine and oyster bar on Kingsland Road, opens on 13 November, The Caterer reports.

Max and Noel Venning have named it after their mum's maiden name, with a nod to her Cornish roots in the seafood. The martini list will rotate, running from a Vesper to a White Cosmopolitan.

What to eat Head chef Ethan Pack, who worked his way up the kitchen at Claridge's, is cooking small plates with Spanish and Italian leanings. Think a bikini sandwich, dirty martini crisps and coppa di Parma, alongside the oysters.

Good to know - Walk-in only, no bookings - Room for about 20 people - Oak ledges, a curved marble bar and wood panelling

The opening lands just after Three Sheets turned ten. The pair also run Little Mercies in Crouch End and a second Three Sheets in Soho. With only 20 spots, an early evening visit is the safer bet in the first few weeks.
